FAQ&RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-Day Return Policy, this means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

Eligibility for Return:

-To qualify for a return, your item must remain in its original condition upon receipt, not worn or used, labeled, and in its original packaging.

 

-You also need to keep the receipt or purchase voucher and return the item within 14 days from the date of receipt.

 

Return Details:

-Fit Issues (After Providing Measurements): If you provided us with your height, weight, sleeve length, shoulder width, and/or chest measurements before purchase and the product still doesn't fit, we will offer an unconditional exchange or return.

 

-You have the right to return any item for a refund within 14 calendar days of receiving your original order. Fur coats and jackets must be returned within 5 days.

 

-All returned goods will be inspected upon receipt.

 

-We will refund the price of the product only. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

- When returning an item, we kindly request that you tell us the reason. This helps us provide better service. You can return it to the address you will find on our contact info.

 

-Please notice that screen displays can vary and affect how product colors appear. We recommend checking the product color on different screens or contacting our customer service. We can send you photos of the product in various lighting conditions to help minimize color discrepancies and avoid mistakes.

 

How to Return Your Package:

Contact Us First: Contact our customer service team to request a return and obtain the return address. Returns shipped without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

Ship the Package: Please use your national postal service to return the package. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

 

Provide Tracking: It is essential to email us the tracking number for your return package so we can track it.

 

Damages and Issues:

-Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and take corrective action.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

-Returns for quality issues or sizing problems are accepted. If exchanging, we cover the shipping costs. If returning, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please contact us with any questions or concerns about specific items.

 

-Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on: Customized itemsSale items and Gift cards.

 

Exchanges:

You may exchange for any product of equal value (excluding custom-sized items).

 

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:

Notwithstanding the above, if your order is being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 calendar days without justification. As stated above, your item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds:

-After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund.

 

-If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

 

-Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

 

-If you havent received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us via email at lekanierfur@gmail.com.

 

Cancellation fee for orders:

-You can cancel the order within 24 hours after payment without any handling fee.

 

- If the order is cancelled after the product has been shipped, a cancellation fee of 15% of the total product value will be charged.

 

- If it is a customized product, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total value will be charged.
